Macarena Iara is a graphic designer and artist originally from Buenos Aires based on the US East Coast. She holds a Bachelor of Design from the University of Buenos Aires, where she also served as teaching assistant for Graphic Design III, Professor Gabriele.

Following the completion of her Bachelor's degree, she pursued studies in Film Directing at Universidad del Cine de Buenos Aires. She also acted as Art Director for films such as "Una Aprendiz Invisible" and "Un Arma en la Casa," both of which received recognition at prestigious festivals including Berlinale, Festival de Cine de Toulouse, and Bafici. 

Presently, Macarena leads the Design Team at Panorama Works, an agency based in Mexico City. Prior to this role, she was a graphic designer at By All Means, an agency specializing in branding headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic.
